Click Here's a better look at the landing zone on the North Pole.On the left is the helicopter and on the right are all of the flags from the countries that our expedition members were from. Just to the left of the flags, and you can barely see it, is the actual North Pole standing by itself with no flags attached.I was wondering which direction the wind was coming from so I licked my finger and stuck it into the air. I was amazed, it was coming directly from the south. Ha! Ha! Just kidding, every direction from this point is south, east, west and north no longer exist. However, from where I'm standing and taking this photo, the pole is north, east is a ring around the pole about two hundred yards in diameter and west is the same thing, except the other direction.
