Japanese WW2 Gun Camera Photo.

This is a photo of a WW2 Japanese Gun Camera.  What Does the Japanese writing on the Gun say?

Can you tell me how much this WW2 Japanese Gun Camera is worth or any history about it?

I only recently figured out what this actually was.  I had thought it was a machine gun!!  I have now done some research on it and have a lot more questions.  I think there is actually undeveloped film inside the case.  This thing weighs about 30lbs and is 30" long.  I will probably end up selling it, can you help me out with any clues on how much this thing is worth?  Thanks for your help, Lisa.

We are looking for more information or photo's about this gun.  It's some sort of a gun camera but the camera is pointing out the side of the gun.  Do you have any idea what it is used for.
